Grand Oasis Palm Hotel Cancun

Had great 2 nights in this hotel that's why I really enjoyed that.

My room was actually totally outdated.

I loved the hotel, it was fully equipped, clean and met expectation. The food was outstanding with lots of alternatives. The service was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Fairly clean accommodation, attentive staff with her manager. Nice building and rooms with a wonderful view.

The hotel of choice in Cancun. Loved our 4 nights here. We didn't have time and didn't visit the pizza restaurant, but it seemed excellent.

Liked my great stay at hotel. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and superfriendly, everything was great.

The place is fairly clean, the room is functional, the staff is courteous.

I loved every detail about my very nice 2 nights stay here. The hotel rooms were immaculate and recently renovated with a balcony and WiFi, as example. A shower, hair dryers and bath sheets was a plus.

I liked spending my time in this clean family-friendly hotel. The restaurant was pretty good with wonderful Japanese cuisine and atmosphere here, I had tasty dishes. The staff was top-class, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The location was stunning, within easy walking distance of Langosta Beach.

The entire hotel was fairly clean, air conditioned rooms. The pool was very clean and I had hot drinks in the beach bar.

Thanks for the fine stay for a wonderful vacation. The a la carte restaurant is from buffet.

Had a real good stay on vacation.

The best thing is location - just off city centre and the port and beach.

An original hotel with central location. The room was lovely and pet-friendly when I arrived. I liked to spend time in the stylish pool bar. Good service and an lovely pool onsite.

The hotel is low-budget and has wonderful staff and food.

The location was marvellous, awesome staff and well cleaned rooms. Good hot breakfast, friendly service.

There was hard bed in my room.

Picturesque location, perfect breakfast selection, funny staff. The units are silent, well-kept. Location close enough to the beach and a canal and the Sports Bar. Efficient check in and easy check out.

Immaculate room and savoury breakfast. Decent location, near Scuba Cancun.

We had 3 nights in Cancun, spending our time here lovely. The location was comfy and prime. The staff were happy to help with any inquires and was accommodating.

simple hotel with heated pool and very good wi-fi. the rooms were attractive and updated.

Food was appetising and I have nothing but such great memories from this trip. Wonderfull hotel with free Wi-Fi. Everything was so perfect as expected, yet the bathroom was dirty. A perfect beach, really breathtaking view.

Staff very dedicated. The well presented room with its comfortable beds. Great walkable location to Aquatours Cancun.

Particularly good breakfast, fabulous staff; unbeatable location. They made my stay such wonderful. The room was very comfortable and cool, I slept well. Liked Cancun, the hotel was straightforward. Facilities were modern too. By the way, it cost me usd 10 per 24 hours to get Internet access: )

Absolutely superb hotel with energetic staff and I loved spectacular location. The rooms were functional and mine was themed. Just a walk down to the beautiful beach. Very quick check in & the service was attentive. It was terrific time in Cancun.

Breakfast was relatively good, staff was polite, place was clean enough. Found in a wonderful area. Also, it was easy to get to a public beach.

They asked to pay $ 10 per 24 hours to get access to the net, however internet connection was terrible.

Pool was nice and the staff where friendly. Their porter rocks! Standard room had climate control, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, everything worked for us. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to sirenas raw bar with nice drinks. Besides, there was WiFi in the hotel.

It was in general an amazing experience. Incredibly HELPFUL staff.

the area contains some restaurants like bordeaux within 15 minutes' walk. 5-star hotel in cancun. 25 minutes' drive to the airport.
